Short answer: sell the schedule, not the job. Recurring customers come from being trusted enough to be given a key, and that trust is built before the first visit.

One-off work is a treadmill. Every month starts at zero. A recurring client is bought once and pays for years.

Trust is the barrier, not price. You are asking to be alone in someone's home. Insurance, background checks, named staff, and reviews from local addresses are what get you over that line.

Price the recurring option properly. Make the weekly or fortnightly option the obviously better value. The first clean can be the offer; the schedule is the product.

Be specific about your area. Most of this work is geographically bound. Name the neighbourhoods you cover so you appear for those searches and skip the ones you will not drive to.

Where the plans fit. Solo operators and small crews start on Small Business. Companies with several crews covering the metro move to Professional Services, or Corporate for multiple locations. See current plan prices.
